Each revision is a single request, though we're flexible — changing the text and image on the same page counts as one revision, not two.

How fast will you respond if something breaks?

For non-urgent requests, we work through them in the order they come in — higher-tier plans get bumped up the queue. We're a small team that genuinely cares, so you won't be waiting behind a faceless ticket system.

Do I need to know anything technical?
